It’s so important to monitor technology (we all know this)

iPads, laptops, cell phones & watches are inevitable at some point right? It’s up to us as caregivers to monitor what is coming in and out of technology; which includes games, texts, social media etc. regardless of age, s*x, gender, location and so on.

Think about it like candy. You wouldn’t allow your child to eat candy all day and all night- not knowing how much or what they are consuming. You would set a limit and make sure their intake is appropriate… an age appropriate, balanced treat.. not a life line💛
