Yoga is the Union of the Mind and Body.
Helping the Mind and Body to work together.
Life is ever changing.
Things from the past build up over time bring stress, fear, anxiety.
The future is coming, thinking forward can brings anxious and anxiety.
Letting go of those grudges, of those past mistakes, of past traumas, learning from them and letting them drop off your shoulders, having the weight of those events leave your mind and body.
Listen to your breath,
Breathe deep, using all your lungs,
Treat yourself and others with
Love, Kindness, Dignity and Respect.
Let go of those attachments, cars, phones, designer this and that,
Let go of those things you want, they will come to you in time and could leave and come back again one day. Being attached to them when they are gone is a worry one does not need.
Enjoy the Moment while treating yourself and others with Love, Kindness, Dignity and Respect.

"Non-attachment is the deliberate process of drawing away from attachment and personal affliction, in which, neither binding oneself to duty nor cutting oneself off from it, one gladly helps all, near or far, friend or foe. Non-attachment does not mean drawing oneself inwards and shutting oneself off, but involves carrying out one's responsibilities without incurring obligation or inviting expectation. It is between attachment and detachment, a step towards detachment, and the sadhaka needs to cultivate it before thinking of renunciation.
Detachment brings discernment:seeing each and everything or being as it is, in its purity, without bias or self-interest. It is a means to understand nature and its potencies. Once nature's real purposes are grasped, one must learn to detach oneself from them to achieve an absolute independent state of existence where in the soul radiates its own light."

Picture the earth spinning,
Earth circling the Sun,
Smell the Ocean,
roll a grain of sand between your fingers,
Our lives can seem Big and Heavy at times,
Daily life weighing us down,
Past Experiences, good and bad, bring anxiety and fear,
Future unknown, can be a scary stressful event.
What do we do?
Do we stress about the past and worry about the future?
What about the Present?
we are so busy in our minds, that we can lose focus and hurry around from place to place, from thing to thing, from Holiday to Holiday, work to home to work to school, from chore to chore, from debt to payment. The list is endless.
What do we do?
Learn from the past, let it go,
Let go of the grudges, bad experiences, learn and grow, but not let them linger in the brain, like a junk drawer over flowing with things we never will use again.
Present is a gift,
Treat your self with love, kindness, dignity and respect.
Treat others with love kindness, dignity and respect.
Time is a place holder, a number
The Sun rises, the Sun sets
Worrying that there is no time to get something done, will not get something done.
Try your best. hurrying through life can create some bad habits.
We need to learn Healthy Habits,
Practice these Healthy Habits every day.
Bad habits will have no more room in the present and will become a thing of the past.
Practice healthy habits everyday.
What are Bad Habits? What are Healthy habits?
