Do you find it hard to relax and unwind at night when you have kids? or pets? or maybe both? 🤪

I've got some great easy tips that actually work!

Kids:
Start a diffuser in their bedroom 30minutes before their actual bedtime and pick 2-3 of these great relaxation and bedtime oils to add to it (my favorite are serenity and balance, adding a citrus oil can also help 💖). If you have trouble getting them to even go to their room, put a drop of balance or lavender in your hands and go rub the back of their neck when casually telling them to "start getting ready😉."

Pets:
Depending on their bed routine/location, you can also set up a diffuser for them with 1-2 oils, this was great when our dog was still a puppy! No matter what the age, I like to do a similar routine with the dogs/cats to the kids... put a drop of balance or lavender in your hand and stroke along the spine and the ear tips! You can also make up a spray bottle with a few drops of serenity and spray their bedding. 🥰
