This is me 39 going on 40.

Thank you for making me feel good in my skin again. After having 3 beautiful kids and owning 2 businesses, it’s hard to keep up with self care. Just drinking water 💧 has become a struggle when you’re always on the go.

I’m on this journey of loving my body and embracing all the changes including my spiritual growth and healing.

I can’t believe how long it has taken me to get here. Almost 40 and I can finally breathe just enough to make all my Dr. appointments along with my 3 kids.

Here’s to another 40 years.
