These past few years have taken me on a spiritual deep dive into different healing modalities and I’m so excited to be able to bring my own practice to life. As a long time sufferer of anxiety, panic, depression and a tendency to overwork and stress, I can truly understand how many of us are feeling. I’m so grateful to all the tough times for showing me new ways of living and healing and I am so called to share that with you. As we are always learning, growing and changing, so too will this practice. I am also a medium and intuitive, and my Signature Session is where I open myself to channel your spiritual teams and entities that may wish to come through.
