Our community successfully conducted its quarterly emergency evacuation drill, demonstrating strong coordination, preparedness, and commitment to resident safety.
The drill was led by our Executive Director, Lily, who directed the overall operation and ensured that all emergency protocols were followed. She was supported by our team of Directors and Coordinators, each of whom played a critical role in overseeing their assigned areas and staff.
Throughout the drill, staff responded promptly and professionally, assisting residents according to their individual needs, including those in our memory care neighborhood who require additional supervision and guidance. Special attention was given to safe redirection, clear communication, and maintaining resident comfort during the process.
