Sage and Sweetgrass at the Bradshaw House Inc. a 501c3 nonprofit organization is currently seeking landlords and property owners across North Carolina who accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) or are open to participating in the program.

We are also working to put together a statewide housing resource list to better connect voucher holders and families with available rental opportunities.

We are looking for available rental properties including:

Houses

Apartments

Duplexes

Townhomes

Mobile homes (where permitted)

Multi-family units

We welcome owners in all North Carolina counties and cities, including rural areas.

🚨 This coming Tuesday is a huge day for one of our current residents and her two small children — they will be moving into their new apartment. 🏠💚

Sage and Sweetgrass at the Bradshaw House Inc. will be assisting this family as they get settled and begin this new chapter.

Seeing elderly people still having to work just to survive is heartbreaking. After spending their whole lives working, they should be able to enjoy peace and stability—not struggle just to afford basic life. It’s not the work itself that hurts to see, it’s knowing many of them don’t really have a choice.

That’s why what Sage and Sweetgrass at the Bradshaw House Inc. is doing matters so much—providing transitional housing, food, clothing, hygiene essentials, case management, job support, and resources for seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and families in need.

They’re not just talking about the problem, they’re actively creating stability, dignity, and hope for people who need it most.
