Every time I would work out and lift for years I’d always start yawning, didn’t know why… found out my red blood cells were smaller than normal. Why? Well one reason I found doing research (dr couldn’t answer) if you take anti acids on the regular, it depletes your red blood cells, and lowers your iron. Also finding out last year my testosterone was a little low (being tired) is a factor in red blood cells. Normal levels of hormones is vital to remain healthy in men and women. Of course my dr (know longer see) said it’s not low enough to treat your fine. So I had to find a place that will take care of me the way I should be taken care of.
