Meet Rebecca Sparacio our Clinical Director in North Carolina!
Rebecca's Background: "For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of growing with ACES, starting as a BI and now serving as Clinical Director. My journey has taken me from California, to Oklahoma, and now North Carolina, where I’ve supported clients as young as 4 months and as old as 21, each with their own unique strengths, challenges, and stories. I’ve worked with a wide range of skill levels and behaviors, and I feel honored to be part of each client’s journey as they discover new skills, achieve goals, and reach milestones that once felt out of reach.”
Why Rebecca joined ACES: "I was drawn to this field by a passion for working with children and families, and by the belief that the right guidance and care can shape a brighter future. At ACES, I get to be part of a team that walks alongside families, celebrates their victories, big and small, and makes a lasting difference in their lives. The opportunity to witness and contribute to those transformations is what inspires me every day."
What Rebecca enjoys in her personal time: "When I’m not working, you can usually find me chasing new adventures with my family, sipping a latte at a cozy local coffee shop, or finding fun new activities to enjoy with my son. Whether it’s exploring a new park, laughing over a messy baking project, or just spending a quiet day together, I cherish the moments that fill my heart and help me recharge."
