When in a state of mental clarity, individuals can think quickly, solve problems, and maintain focus without feeling overwhelmed or distracted.

We do not have a Licensed counselor on staff but here at Serenity Station we provide an atmosphere that you can come into and receive the mental rest,clarity and reset you need. We offer Guided meditation, Guided Yoga stretching,and Yoni Steams. We also take pride in our one-on-one "Talk It Through" sessions. Sometimes we may need to see our issues or concerns through a different lens. Call or inbox us today schedule your appointment. We cannot wait to see you.
