🛑✨ Boundaries Are Sacred Energy ✨🛑
Your boundaries aren't walls.
They're gateways that protect your peace, your energy, and your growth.
In yogic philosophy, the energetic body—or Pranamaya Kosha—is affected by the environments, people, and inputs we allow in.
When we overextend or absorb too much, our prana (life force) gets depleted. 😮‍💨
Here’s the truth:
Setting boundaries is not selfish—
It’s energetic hygiene.
🌿 A “no” can be a full sentence.
🌿 Distance can be an act of love.
🌿 Silence can be strength.
💡 Try this:
Place your hands on your heart. Take 3 deep breaths. Ask:
“What am I saying yes to that’s actually a no for me?”
Honor that answer. That’s your wisdom speaking.
Boundaries = space for your true self to thrive.

Stress doesn’t just live in your mind —
it takes root inside the body.
In clenched jaws, restless nights,
tight shoulders and tired hearts.

For those who carry trauma,
the body becomes both a shield and a story —

🌿 Savasana: The Science of Stillness 🌿
In clinical yoga therapy, final relaxation is not simply the end — it's the integration.

Savasana invites the body into parasympathetic rest, where healing begins at the cellular level. Muscles soften, the breath finds rhythm, and the mind slips into a quiet, receptive state.

Though it may appear the easiest shape, stillness can be the most challenging. The yoga practice — every breath, every posture — prepares us for this: to be still, to be present, to remember wholeness.

This pose may look passive, but within it lies a powerful process: the nervous system recalibrates, stress pathways unwind, and the body learns safety in stillness.
