🐴Energy flows through the body of a horse much like an electric current. However, a number of factors can interfere with this flow. Among them are physical injuries, trauma, dietary changes, emotional problems, training issues, or a combination of these problems. Any blockage of energy can result in physical, psychological, or behavioral problems.

✨Horse Reiki, or Equine Reiki, restores positive energy flow into the animal’s body, correcting imbalance. Horses are particularly sensitive and quickly pick up on the healing a practitioner offers through hands-on or even hands-off means. Typically, the animal will approach and quickly become a willing participant.

✨Ionic Foot Detox now available in the shop! How does it work? A basin is filled with warm water and a small pinch of salt to aid in conductivity. Then an array is placed into the tub to produce an electrical current. This direct current breaks the water into positively charged hydrogen ions and oxygen gas, or negatively charged hydroxide ions and hydrogen gas. You might notice a slight tingling sensation in your feet. That’s because our bodies are made of water and electrolytes, and they allow the current to travel through the body. This current causes the tingling sensation, like a catalyst to boost the body’s own natural detoxifying abilities.

By the end of a 30-minute session, the water changes color. The color change is caused by the oxidation of the metal plates in the array and the ions reacting with solutes in the water.

An ionic foot detox is more effective than other foot detox modalities because the electrical current actually travels throughout the body and stimulates lasting detoxification effects. Other modalities offer similar relaxation benefits, but the effects don’t last, and they can only remove toxins close to the surface of the skin.

You’ll wear an infrared waist belt that penetrates 200-300 times deeper than conventional heating pads for fast-acting pain relief and detoxification. When infrared heat is applied to your body, the result is a natural detox. You will also wear a grounding wrist band and sit on a conductive grounding mat, these assist in electricity neutralizing your energy to match the frequency of the earth.

You’ll continue to detox up to 3 days following the session, in your stools and urine. So drink plenty of water to flush the toxins. I suggest staying consistent with your foot detox for best results. During a foot detox bath an ionic charge is released into the water which raises the voltage of the cells to increase their optimum levels. This increases the cells abilities to function normally and to absorb nutrients and oxygen again. It eliminates toxins that’s are stored in fat, kidneys, liver, bowels, and skin. It also triggers the body’s lymphatic system, which helps with continuing detoxification for up to 24-48 hours after a session.

💭Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique is a process of hypnosis mastered by Dolores Cannon in the 1960’s. It is different than traditional hypnosis in the sense that the client is taken very deep into their subconsciousness. The deep state is the easiest state to let go of the left brain – otherwise called ‘conscious mind’, ‘the analytical part’- and explore the right side of the brain.

🧠Each person has this part and can get in touch with it. When the practitioner accesses this part they are not giving any advice nor any suggestions but it is the client, which in practice is their intuition, gut – it is the part of them that is speaking and talking and it’s not without the impact of the conditioning they have acquired. It is actually client themselves that leads the session, looks for the answers and has the answers to their questions.

Just stopping in to say hi 👋 to my followers, and update everyone on what I've been up to during my social media hiatus. I am studying to become a QHHT practitioner.

QHHT involves bringing an individual into the somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. A condition that under normal conditions is experienced twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you fall asleep. Delores Cannon began this exploration of hypnosis in the late 1960s.

QHHT focuses on a concept that the client will go to the “most appropriate time and place” to resolve any requests for healing or information. In QHHT, you are regressed into this life or perhaps a past life. Then the client is connected with their Higher Self (Subconscious), which provides healing and answers to the client’s questions.

Delores Cannon’s method of hypnotherapy is different from traditional hypnotherapy. Many traditional hypnotherapists prefer to work in the “alpha” brain waves which is a light level of trance. QHHT involves getting an individual to the deepest possible level of hypnosis, somnambulistic or Theta trance. QHHT is a secure, integrated regression process that takes you to the deepest level of your consciousness where you will find a strong compassionate support and understanding of your life. You are in complete control of the process.

I am so excited to bring this therapy to my current clients and new potential clients. I am still in the learning process, but will soon be accepting limited clients for working on my confidence with this technique- before offering it to the public.
