CSRA Renal Services, LLC is a nephrology practice located in Aiken, South Carolina that specializes in treating and managing acute renal failure, chronic kidney disease, dialysis and transplant patients. Our office is

staffed with two nephrologists and one nurse practitioners who cover Aiken, Barnwell, and Edgefield counties. We provide services to five outpatient hemodialysis units, one inpatient acute unit, and one peritoneal dialysis clinic. Our providers are affiliated with Aiken Regional Medical Center.

In observance of Memorial Day, the offices of CSRA Renal Services will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026.

We will reopen with normal hours on Tuesday, May 26.

If you are an established patient experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent dialysis-related concerns, please contact your dialysis center directly.
