A very simple energetic clearing practice to do

✨Find a quiet spot

✨Play music if you want

✨Close your eyes

✨Breathe deeply in and exhale

✨On the exhale, visualize the exhale clearing away any energy that is not yours and ask to keep only your energy

The best thing you can do is to simply set a loving intention for them in your heart that they receive the peace; the healing or the answers they need in the right moment and in the right time
