Have you ever heard of the chant "Namo Guan Shi Yin Pusa"?

This chant is very familiar for me and one that I grew up with.

🪷Namo Guan Shi Yin Pusa" is a devotional chant to Guan Yin, the Bodhisattva of Compassion. It is used for cultivating compassion, protection, inner peace, and invoking loving-kindness. This sacred mantra helps calm the heart, ease suffering, and connect with divine compassion 🪷

Beautiful Saturday morning to all. The weather is hot outside and I hope that also serves as a reminder that the fire that is within you is very much alive and burning.

A lot has been happening in 2025 and many are going through some deep deep deep transformations. This can often feel unsettling and ungrounding.

I myself have been through some shifts myself this year and have been called into healing for myself

There are many tools and modalities that have helped me through the many shifts and changes of this year.

They include:

Reiki

Breathwork

Meditation

Qigong

Chanting

Learning to sit with the shadows and bringing awareness back into my mind, body and spirit had been such a core in my personal practice

Beautiful Tuesday to all.

I was sitting at my dining room table this morning drinking my coffee, listening to music when a song came on that really spoke to my heart. I ended up putting the song on repeat and sitting in meditation with it.

I thought I will take some time to share with you this meditation technique that I have been using.

Have you ever heard a song and it just speaks to you on a soul level?

That song is speaking to you for a reason

When a song like that comes on for you, find a place to just pause and sit for a moment.

Put that song on repeat

Close your eyes

Place your hands in the space of your heart

And simply breathe and soak in the messages and energy of the music

See what comes to you

Sit for as long as you need or as I have always said “Sit till it feels complete”

I sit in my studio for my own practice today

I taught a Reiki class on Saturday

The day after my soul cat Kane transitioned

All week I thought about moving the class

Universe is funny though as I have a student who traveled from another state to come to this class

I really was not able to cancel it

On hindsight, this was all divinely timed

Saturday came and students showed up

We sat in a circle

In a circle

There is no hierarchy

We are all equal

As I taught, my students also taught me in their own way

I am reminded that we are mirrors for each other

My role as a teacher is simply to remind you that what I have is within you too and vice versa

In class, we sat in practice; we shared energy

Reiki is universal life force energy

In reiki…. All is connected

There is no duality

No divide

As I teach you, I teach myself again and you also teach me

In sitting in practice and healing, I receive just as much practice and healing as you do

Universe knew what was needed

For me

For the students

I am grateful

Grateful for my path

Grateful for my soul work

Grateful for my clients

Grateful for my students
