We got creative with sea turtle art and had a great time bringing the ocean to life with color and imagination! 🎨🐢 It was a fun and relaxing way to spend the day.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch outing to Olive Garden! 🍝🥖 The pasta was tasty, the laughter was plenty, and the breadsticks were endless.

We celebrated Gorgeous Grandma Day with smiles, snapshots, and a little extra sparkle! 📸✨ It was a lovely day filled with laughter, fun, and plenty of picture-perfect moments.

For our July , we’d like you to meet Lu!

Lu was chosen because she’s always ready to have fun. She always has a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone.

One thing she loves about living at Barclay House is the atmosphere and all the friendships she’s made. Her favorite place to be is the front porch—she says it’s the best spot!

If she could give one piece of advice, it would be:
“Always make new friends.”

Lu has brought so much life to Barclay House, and we are so lucky to have her!

For our July , we would like to recognize April!

She has been with Barclay House for five years and has become a vital part of our community.

April is one of our concierges here at Barclay House. She is an extremely hard worker who always goes above and beyond for both residents and staff. Always cheerful, she greets every visitor with a warm smile.

Her favorite part about working at Barclay House is the residents.

Fun Fact: Her favorite movie is Remember the Titans, and she enjoys spending time with her grandson.
