For our September , we’d like you to meet Wanta!

One thing she loves about living at Barclay House is, “I enjoy the day-to-day activities and meeting new friends in my new home. I am still adjusting, but the staff and other residents make this community feel like home.”

If she could give one piece of advice, it would be to, “Enjoy life while you can and surround yourself with people who love you.”

Fun fact: “My favorite Disney character is Mickey Mouse.”

Wanta has brought so much life to Barclay House, and we are so lucky to have her!

Leaving her mom was hard at first, but over time she’s watched her settle in, make friends and thrive. Now she joins her for activities, meals and outings without the stress of doing it all herself.🌸🤝
