Adaptive Yoga now offered at the Aiken Unitarian Church. $15/class. All abilities, disabilities and body types. 10 am. Chairs provided but bring a mat if you don’t need a chair and to set your chair n so it doesn’t slip. Kathleen McDermott is an experienced adaptive and restorative yoga instructor. I also can’t change audience for some reason, so sorry this is coming to my out of towner friends, too. But I’m excited! It’s been years since we’ve had an adaptive yoga instructor in Aiken and I loved it when it was availalble years ago with Kim Tuemler at the UU church. We have great padded chairs, carpeted floor, quiet space. Can ask me any questions, too.
