This morning… standing on the deck, coffee in hand, surrounded by Alaskan mountains and God’s breathtaking handiwork… I found myself pausing in gratitude.

Grateful for the quiet.
Grateful for the stillness.
Grateful for the way I’ve been able to fully enjoy this trip—body, mind, and spirit. 🌿🕊️

Waking up on the West Coast this morning, grateful for early morning quiet and a body that still says, “Let’s go!” even with the time zone shift. 🌄

💭 Reflecting on how far we’ve come in our understanding of health…
And how far we still have to go.

💊 Medications don’t make you healthy — they manage symptoms.
