Taking time to plan, reset, and pour into the work behind the scenes helps us show up consistently for our community all week long. Grateful for quiet moments that set the tone for what’s ahead. 💙

Health Hint Saturday 💡

Eating balanced meals can help keep blood sugar levels more stable.
Pairing protein, fiber, and healthy fats with carbohydrates can slow how sugar enters the bloodstream and support better energy throughout the day.

Small food choices can make a big difference. 💙

Meet Robin💙

Robin says she keeps coming back for the friendly staff and a provider who is always professional, kind, and truly cares. She’s especially grateful for Miss Katherine in the pharmacy — “the best,” in Robin’s words.

Robin says she doesn’t know where she’d be without this place.

Thank you to our donors and supporters who help make care like this possible, as well as to Robin for trusting us with her care.💙
