“Last Saturday, I asked all of the people who have supported me in Youth Ministry to come and take a picture. This picture was for an award, St John Paul ll, a National Youth Ministry Award to be presented at the National Catholic Youth Conference in November. Over the last three years, I was able to continue to work in a field I love and have worked in for decades because of Lindsey’s excellent physical therapy sessions followed by personal training sessions with Justin. You both have helped me get strong and stay strong. I will be forever grateful! See you at the gym to stay strong!”

Our Story

Serving our community through empowering and restoring hope, health and happiness....because life is meant to be enjoyed. Since January 2007 South Aiken Physical Therapy has provided expert solutions for rehabilitation of orthopaedic conditions, sports injuries, and post surgical conditions and more to help relieve pain, restore movement, and help those we serve regain enjoyment in life with less pain.

In October 2015 we began our addition of Wellness services to our Physical Therapy services. We wanted to help our community to achieve not only recovery from pain, surgery, injury or illness but help we serve to achieve a state of wellness. Essentially at the request of the patients of South Aiken Physical Therapy we began offering expert personal training, small group training and fitness center memberships in our state of the art fitness facility. We now offer a total approach to Wellness through all of our services: Physical Therapy, Personal Training and Massage Therapy. For those whose Wellness needs fall outside of our areas of expertise, we refer to our extensive network of trusted, proven expert local health providers.
