✨ Mindful Monday ✨
Mindfulness is about noticing our thoughts and feelings without judgment, bringing balance and awareness into our day. Here are 3 simple ways to start your week mindfully:
🌿 1. One-Minute Breath – Close your eyes, inhale deeply, and slowly exhale. Repeat for one minute.
📝 2. Brain Dump – Write down everything on your mind to clear space and organize your week.
🚶 3. Mindful Walk – Step outside, even for a few minutes. Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you.
