Today all of us at DFP are thankful we can safely arrive at 337 N Main Street safely and take care of patients.
Yesterday there was no thankful post but------ thankful the snow finally stopped and there is not 50+ mile an hour wind!

As we all look back on 2022, reflect on all the wonderful things that the year brought each and every one of us-- despite the bad-- look for the good things! 2023 is a mystery but all of us of have the ability to choose better health. Whether it be weight loss, exercising, taking prescribed medications as directed, checking blood sugar, getting screening tests, loving your job/coworkers/family, dealng with children/teens/adult children, mental health or sleep improvement, better health, changing a behavior that is not good for your health, setting boudaries, or finding greater happiness. Please remember that each of us can ask for help when overwhelmed, and decide to take control of our destinies.
Things might get tough on the journey but remember, there is support and there are those who will help you. Be wllling to ask! YOU are worth it!
Please feel free to post what you are grateful for on our website every day. DFP will be posting a "thankful daily thing" no matter how minimal, to inspire others when they cannot find a thing to be thankful for daily....
