We take pride in quality care, a small company with only 2 homes (can pick your preference or work in both). We are looking for a team member to join our team with these qualities: kind, pride in work, and dependable! We are flexible with school schedules and the amount of hours could range from part to full time. Every other weekend and a background check are required. Creative schedules are welcome, ideas include anywhere from 7-48 hours on a weekend, with sleep time paid. Experience is not necessary and we take pride in our employees! Position available in Aitkin for 1 full time awake overnight caregiver. We are a small company (only 2 homes) striving to provide the best care possible for people with disabilities in a home setting right in Aitkin. If you're a night owl and helping some (cares are split evenly) individuals with various abilities get their day rolling with a smiling face and positive attitude seems like a good fit for you, this might be a great opportunity!! Great opportunity if you are a night owl! We serve 4 consumers with developmental disabilities in each home. This position is full time (40+ hours!) offers 12 hour shifts on a set rotation each week, every other weekend off (6 days on, 8 days off, with availability to pick up more hours, could do 7 days in a row if prefer another shift in the pay period). We offer exceptional wages for the area for caregiver positions, set schedule, and supportive, homelike atmosphere. Ask about cares and how its split up more evenly! Looking for dependable, caring people who take their job seriously. Wage is to start, and will be evaluated in 30 days for potential increase.
