Exciting news!!! New teacher and new class alert!!
Wednesdays (starting March 11) 4:30-5:30pm
Slow Flow – All Levels – Move, breathe, and tune in. This class emphasizes mindful alignment to support stability, balance, and strength. We’ll begin with gentle movement and breath to release tension, then gradually build heat as we explore a combination of sun salutations, standing poses, twists, and seated postures.

I began practicing yoga in college, and it has been a steady presence in my life ever since — helping me connect my mind, body, and spirit. My mission as a teacher is to create a welcoming space where people can slow down and connect with themselves through movement, joy, and community.
I’ve long been drawn to health and wellness, and in 2024 completed my RYT-200 certification through the Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute at Tula in St. Paul. As a marketing professional, I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry for more than 13 years, and I’ve always felt at home in group fitness spaces — yoga, Zumba, step aerobics, and beyond.
Movement paired with community fills my cup. I’m excited to share that joy at Karmady.
