Mission:
Karmady hopes to provide Aitkin with a unique fitness facility that transcends beyond gender, age, or athletic ability. All instructors are passionate about the skill that they bring to the studio and are excited to share that passion. Karmady realizes that the type of class we need may change from day to day, week to week depending on the stresses in our life. This is why we hope to offer a variety of options for your yoga and fitness needs. All we ask is that you listen to what your body is telling you. And don't forget to breathe.

Good Monday Morning!
The West winds whipped all day and night, leaving Lara’s
driveway a snow drift mess. No driving until the plow guy comes, which means she will not be at yoga this am.

2025 retreat to Sedona was perfect in every way. Awesome weather, beautiful women, hiking, yoga, a little pickleball, and great food. It always amazes me how women show up, sometimes not knowing anyone, and just connect like they’ve been lifelong friends! So much fun!
