Next month, I'm riding 100 miles in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer... and my challenge starts NEXT WEEK! Yesterday, my picture was on this huge billboard in Times Square for Tribute Day, a day to create awareness of childhood cancer and honor the brave and courageous kids fighting this terrible disease.

Because more than 15,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year in the United States, and 38 kids die every week. It's heart-breaking.

Goal setting: have you ever noticed the more time you have the less things you accomplish! When my husband and I were both working full time we used to run, myself more than him, a lot. Since we have semi-retired and do not have full time jobs I have tons of time but not using it to the fullest. My goal going forward is to start making the time to run again. I truly miss it and how great it made me feel.
What is a goal that you would like to set and stick to?
