✨Takes bodywork as seriously as this look I'm serving✨

My approach to bodywork is shifting, changing, growing, ebbing & flowing. While holding down respect for the individual and their needs, I am headed in a direction that is aimed at revolutionizing the individual's perceptions of touch.

I'll still do the deep tissue work, don't get me wrong. It's rooted in my education. That said, it was in my schooling where negative connotations surrounding softer forms of touch were reinforced in my mind.

As I do my work to heal my mind, address my traumas and accept Love for myself, I am softening my hold in my massage work.

It is in my journey towards deeper self-awareness that I have discovered that my body Needed deep pressure to reinforce the way my body was always treated (⚠️ ya girl got the belt from dad more times than hugs ⚠️) AND in discovering this, I have been more receptive, each and every day, to allowing gentle touch.

Every session; every being that I encounter and commune with will receive something different from the next.

The goal: surrender, connect, release, relate, discuss transference & countertransference to those who are open, and to educate individuals on the vast inner workings of the body through touch.

All said to update those who are curious on my journey through Life.
