Happy Imbolc, friends! This year I find myself connecting more deeply with the energies of this Celtic holy day—and also the Goddess Brigid, associated with Imbolc— more than ever before.

Imbolc is a threshold marker between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. It marks the quiet return of the light and the new spring season, both within us and around us in nature.

Although I work with many different Ascended Masters, I wasn’t as familiar with Brigid.
Recently I’ve been working with her more as I forge a deeper connection with her and with various Celtic traditions, which is why I’m so excited to invite you into this month’s Red Thread!

This Thursday, Feb. 5th, we will gather together to celebrate the threshold of Imbolc through dance, a guided meditation with Brigid, and a group candle ritual to symbolically plant the seeds of our becoming for this next spring season.

This sacred sister circle is offered via Zoom and is offered on a donation basis of $11-$33.

✨ Begin the New Year in Alignment ✨

Tomorrow in kundalini, you’re invited to step into 2026 by aligning your chakras and reconnecting with your highest divine potential through sacred movement, breath, and sound.

We’ll practice a powerful kriya to balance all seven chakras, clearing the energetic pathways that support clarity, vitality, intuition, and deep inner peace.

Then we will chant Long Ek Ong Kars — a sacred mantra that unites our human consciousness with our divine consciousness, dissolving separation and awakening the truth of who you really are.

What an absolute joy it was to co-create a Winter Solstice sound bath and channeling at Half Moon Yoga last night!

We started the evening off with a kundalini meditation, followed by a special channeled message from Gaia (the spirit of Mother Earth).
Gaia’s powerful message encouraged us to recognize ourselves as “warriors of light” and to lovingly care for our bodies and hearts as we cross this powerful Solstice portal.
We concluded the evening with a guided meditation with the Archangels and an incredible sound bath by that had us drifting peacefully into the stars. 💫 To say it was magic is an understatement!

I’m so grateful for the community who have such beautifully open hearts, and to my friend Danielle for sharing her incredible gifts!

Happy Winter Solstice everyone! May this turn of the spiral bring us all deeper levels of abundance, joy, purpose, and fulfillment as we cross this threshold into a new year.

Nirvana is Within – An 8 Day Sacred Pilgrimage to Ireland
July 28th – August 4th, 2026

I am so excited to share that I’ll be co-facilitating an 8 Day Sacred Pilgrimage to Ireland next summer 🌎💫

Join me and .megan.adair for an 8-day journey across the ancient, mystical landscape of Ireland.

Together we will visit sacred goddess sites, meditate with the land, practice daily Kundalini yoga, and connect with the Celtic goddesses—including Brigid and Queen Maebh, as well as Green Tara, who will guide us in releasing karmic patterns we are ready to shed.

We will explore the many forms of Tara (Green, White, Red, Blue, Black, Yellow) through ceremony, meditation, embodiment, and sacred ritual.

This trip will include:

• Daily yoga + meditation

I am so grateful for all of the women who shared their presence and hearts in last night’s Red Thread Circle. Together, we stepped into a sacred field of remembrance and did some profound healing around the witch wound.

Through a powerful group spell-casting ritual and deep connection with Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, and Morgan le Fey, we reclaimed pieces of our ancient magic, softened the places still holding fear, and anchored more fully into the safety of being seen in our gifts.

Thank you to every woman who showed up with courage, vulnerability, and devotion. What we healed together continues to ripple outward. ✨💗🕯️

Last week in my kundalini class I shared how yoga literally means “to yoke” or to unite.

Yoga is not just stretching or movement — it is a sacred system, a living technology, designed to weave together the many polarities within us:

The masculine and the feminine.
The light and the shadow.
The conscious mind and the wild, unseen depths of the subconscious.

In Kundalini Yoga, we work specifically with Shakti — the divine feminine energy that rests at the base of the spine.

Through kriya, mantra, breath, and meditation, we encourage this energy to rise, awakening the channels of the body and clearing the pathways of the mind.

As She rises, she travels upward to unite with Shiva — pure spacious consciousness — seated at the crown.

Their meeting is the divine marriage within us.
The merging of power and awareness.
Form and formlessness.
The sacred feminine and the sacred masculine in perfect harmony.

To me, this is the true purpose of yoga.
Not just to do the poses — but to return to wholeness.

So I invite you to reflect gently:

💫How is your practice guiding you back to center?
💫What does union feel like inside your own body, heart, and breath?

There is an ancient ache carried in the bones of women and feminine beings across lifetimes — the memory of being silenced, exiled, persecuted, or destroyed for our gifts.

The witch wound is the pain of having once been the healer, oracle, shaman, sorceress, midwife, priestess, seer, and being told that our power was dangerous.

But this lifetime is different.

This lifetime, we return to reclaim ourselves.

In this month’s Red Thread Circle, we gather to remember who we are and to gently release the fear that has dimmed our magic across generations.

Together, we will weave a safe and sacred field to:

🪽Prayer for the Reconciliation of the Divine Masculine & Divine Feminine Christ Energies 🪽

I call upon the name of the Goddess in all her forms;
Isis, Ianna, Magdalene, Kali Ma, Brigid, Quan Yin;
She who is of all names and She who is of no name.

May humanity open our hearts to you once again.
May we remember our connection to Holy Mother
May we know and feel the deep love you have for us as your children.

May we open our hearts as the Chalice Well and allow your healing waters to flow through us,

Baptizing us in the peace that Passeth all understanding.

May your name be resurrected within the collective consciousness once again.

May all Wombyn remember the power of their wombs and their voice, and may all womb-bearers be free to bleed in peace and sovereignty.

I call upon the Divine Masculine aspect of God in all of his forms;
Yeshua, Babaji, Thoth, Adama, St Germain, and Buddha.

May we stand as strong and aligned as the Tor as we walk the Way of our Higher Selves in this lifetime.

May humanity release and let go of toxic masculine programming and claim the true essence of Divine Masculine protection, power, and aligned action.

Help us to anchor the sword of Excalibur into the Earth so that we may take aligned action to protect the sacred on this planet and serve the divine mission we came here to embody.

Help us to remember that true strength lies in surrender, and to stop castrating the Masculine from his feeling nature.

May the remembrance of true and aligned Divine Masculine consciousness be resurrected within the collective once again.

I pray for the reconciliation of these energies within myself and on the planet, sending this prayer out as an offering with deep gratitude for the gift of this life.

On day four of our pilgrimage in Avalon, my dear friend and I had the privilege of sitting by the Chalice Well and witnessing a group of about 15 women sit together in sacred ceremony.

There was one woman standing in front leading them. I have no idea what she was saying, because she was speaking another language… I believe it was German.
Even though I couldn’t cognitively understand her words, it was apparent from the atmosphere of deep reverence that the moment was deeply sacred for all of them.
As I watched, they all circled around the Chalice Well—-a site priestesses have gathered around for eons—and put their arms around each other. The sight was so touching and beautiful that tears streamed down my cheeks.

As I witnessed these women, of all ages and walks of life, gather around the Chalice Well in meditation and prayer, the message I received was crystal clear:

“All women are of the Goddess, and the Goddess resides within all women.”

It didn’t matter that I had never met these women in my life. It didn’t matter that they didn’t speak English, that they came from a different country from me. None of that mattered, because they too carried the essence of the Goddess within them.

They too bleed as I bleed and cry as I cry. In their individual walks of life, they too have known experiences of sorrow and joy.

In a culture that is so hyper focused on division and duality, to witness the grace of this ceremony was deep medicine to my heart.
