Do you realize how strong, how resilient, how beautiful and worthy you are to choose to incarnate into the darkness of the matrix and shine your light as a service to all?

Do you realize how deeply you deserve to receive your own self love, self compassion, and self acknowledgement?

You deserve it all, my love.

All of the grace.

All of the acknowledgment.

All of the tenderness.

From others, yes, but first and foremost from your own heart.

You deserve to be baptized and anointed in the own knowingness of your divinity.

To be crowned as the sovereign creator/ creatrix of your own reality.

To be blessed by your Higher Self and by life itself.

It’s no small feat to hold the codes of Heaven on Earth within you while navigating the workings of a slave matrix.

But you’re doing it- just by being here.

You are the answered prophecy and prayer here in human form.

I see you, light bringers. I feel you.

Dear sisters,

I hope you can join me for this incredibly special Red Thread circle led by my good friend Katie Wojno Demarchi 🌹🪽💗

During this month’s Red Thread event, entitled Womb Song, Katie will teach you about the psychological voice-womb connection and will lead you through a series of exercises to help you acclimate with, and channel the voice and primal power of your womb!

It is through singing that we can amplify our prayers, alchemize polarities, and even enter a trance state of deep psychic connection. Every womban is a songstress, a vocal prayer conjurer. This is NOT about singing to perform and no musical understanding is required. That is because we are leaving the mind to rest as we allow for full free vocal expression as guided by our heart wombs. Hello, friends.

These past few months, I have been shedding. Alchemizing. Releasing old versions of myself and of who I used to be.
After all—this is the year of the serpent 🐍

One of the biggest things I’ve been releasing is an old pattern of poverty consciousness, or obligation consciousness.

This thought pattern within me that whispers, “I have to do this,” or “I should be like that.”
It’s heavy, it’s outdated, and I’m ready to finally let it go.

To create from a place of creativity, rather than obligation.

To birth every aspect of my life from a place of pleasure, rather than constriction.

To create the artwork of my life in joy.

One of the things that brings me great joy is channeling.
I love to channel. I love connecting with the Archangels and Ascended Masters and other beings of light.
For almost ten years now, I’ve had both a personal and public channeling practice.

I’ve channeled beings ranging from Isis, to Toth, to Archangel Michael, to the Pleadian and Andromedan High Councils.

I love receiving their messages, their activations, and their guidance so much because it brings me back to that place of eternal Truth and love within myself.

Channeling connects me to the Tree of Life—which is to say, it anchors me in the Truth of my oneness with all that is.

So today I’m excited to start sharing my channeled messages with you. 🙏🏻

Each month, I’ll be channeling messages from a different Ascended Master or Archangel.
Their messages are for the collective and are meant to serve as a beacon of clarity and hope for these pivotal times of change we’re living in.

Since I was a child, I’ve always felt different: like somehow I didn’t quite fit in or didn’t belong here.

Life on Earth always seemed so much easier for everyone else.

I couldn’t understand why I had such a hard time fitting in. Why what seemed like so much more effort for me came so naturally to everyone else.

When I heard the term ‘Starseed’ for the first time over ten years ago, something clicked.

I finally understood my ineffable feeling of displacement and isolation.

To me, a Starseed is a soul who has had many lifetimes on other star systems and who carries ancient wisdom from the stars within them. Often, these souls have a soul purpose of sharing this wisdom on the Earth to support our planet’s evolution.

It’s been humbling for me to recognize just how much being a Starseed affects every aspect of my life.

That’s why I’m so excited to share a guided meditation to connect with your star family in this month’s Red Thread circle.

Despite what it may seem on the surface, the truth of reality is divine love. It’s the fabric of the Universe that weaves everything together—including the fabric that makes up you and me.

And so the spiritual journey really isn’t about learning anything new—it’s about returning to the truth of who we really are: divine love in human form.

This message is an excerpt from a channeling I did at the Healing Brew last month. These words are from Gaia, the spirit of Mother Earth.
May it be a reminder to each of us how deeply protected, adored, and loved we truly are 🙏🏻🌎❤️

In honor of my upcoming Sophia Circle journey, I wanted to share a little bit about some of the Divine Feminine Ascended Masters in the codex and my personal mentorship relationship with them.

Isis was the first Ascended Master I started working with years ago.
As a loving mentor and guide, she has always encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone, to dream bigger and to expand into my true capacity and potential.
Many times I have felt her enfold me in her wings, lifting me up into the next octave of my leadership and my life.

Isis has mentored me deeply in the Priestess arts, including initiating me into the mysteries of the womb. Time and time again I’ve traveled with her to receive invitations in the temple of Isis, where I have shed my old skin and alchemized and resurrected into a new version of myself 🐍🔥 Isis has also been an incredibly important guide for me in reconnecting with my kundalini practice from a divine feminine lens.

Working with Isis is an invitation to adorn yourself in jewels of lapis, both physically and symbolically. As a Divine Feminine Ascended Master, Isis invites us to crown ourselves in the knowingness of our divine inheritance and worthiness, and to accept nothing less than that in any facet of our lives.

She will never let you play small—because she loves you far too much to allow you to minimize your voice, your gifts, and your wisdom.

To say that the teachings of the Sophia Code have changed my life is an understatement.

In the five years that I’ve been working with the Sophia Code cosmology, connecting with the Ascended Masters on a daily basis has become completely natural.

More importantly than that, however, coming into communion with the wisdom of my own Higher Self has become almost effortless.

I believe we are living at an essential time on the planet when ALL of us are being called to boldly step into our power, our voice, and our gifts.
