Why is this important? When your back moves freely, it supports better posture, reduces pain, and improves circulation — benefiting your entire body’s wellness. This simple practice helps you move better and feel lighter as you welcome spring activities.

Try this today:
🌬️ “Reach & Round” Back Stretch
A gentle, full‑back reset you can do anywhere.

🧘‍♂️ How to do it
1. Sit or stand tall.
2. Interlace your fingers in front of you.
3. Push your hands forward as if you’re reaching away from your chest.
4. As you reach, gently round your upper back — think “create space between the shoulder blades.”
5. Tuck your tailbone slightly so the lower back rounds too.
6. Take a slow breath in… then exhale and reach a little farther.

⏱️ Hold: 10–20 seconds

🔁 Repeat: 2–3 times
