Home Health Aide Description
Job Summary: Care for developmental disable at individual's home or day-time residents. All other tasked designated by supervisor within the healthcare scope.
General Accountabilities:
Assists with daily activities at individual's home
Perform tasks including but not limited to making beds, doing laundry, preparing meals, washing dishes, ironing, cleaning, dressing, and etc.
Purchase or prepare meals and groceries for individual
Accompanies ambulatory clients outside the home
Entertains client by reading, talking, listening to individual, upon request
Visits several households to provide similar daily care
Perform various other tasks, as directed or upon request by individual or family
The company reserves the right to ask and change duties at any time
Job Qualifications:
Diploma or GED
CPR and First Aid
Background Check
Med Pass (Plus)
Own Transportation
P**f of Auto Insurance
Physical Demands:
Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds
Occasionally required to lift, bend or climb
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
