Red Oak is seeking a Professional Mentor Coordinator to join our ICARE Mentoring team. In this impactful role, you’ll support mentors, mentees, families, and partner organizations—helping them grow while driving program excellence.

🌟What You’ll Do:
-Engage and mentor student mentees.
-Build positive relationships with mentees, mentors, school staff, and families.
-Support program operations: track progress, maintain reports, and strengthen community partnerships.
-Become familiar with our Game Plan curriculum and actively participate in trainings, family engagement events, and mentor appreciation activities.
-Uphold participant safety, confidentiality, and high standards of professional integrity.

🌟What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, social work, communications, nonprofit management, or related fields. School-based, nonprofit, or behavioral health experience is highly preferred.
