💡This month's SEL tip comes from Red Oak's Manager of Prevention and SEL Services, Joli Oliver, OCPS.

Let’s Build Relationships! Strong connections help us feel supported, understood, and less stressed—no matter our age. This month, let’s intentionally grow our connections with others!

Try one (or more!) of these ways to connect:
- Reach out to a friend, classmate, or colleague you haven’t talked to in a while.
- Play a team-building game or group activity such as “Would you Rather” or “Pass the Compliment” - In a circle, each person gives a genuine compliment to the person on their right.
- Do a peer interview—ask someone about their favorite things or what makes them happy.
- Write a note, card, or message to brighten someone’s day.
- Take a walk or share a mindful moment with someone you care about.
- Invite someone to join you in a hobby, project, or learning something new together.
