Hello everyone here in Parkway Estates and Merriman Valley and your neighborhood.

We are all here under the same confinement situation related to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are a close neighborhood and I have lived here since 1977. I would like to utilize this FB forum to use as a vehicle for communication, support for our neighbors, helping where necessary, and access to skill sets that we may have that can assist those in need during this emergency.

Please let us know if you have a skill set (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general fix-it skills), can run errands for elderly, check on those with disabilities, deliveries for our neighbors in the 65+ age group, and provide child care, tutoring, yard work, and animal care.

These are unprecedented times and we have the capability of coming together to help each other out with jobs shutting down, families in need, our children's protection, rides to Dr appointment, picking up prescriptions, or just even developing a phone tree for each street to keep communication going in our community so no one is overlooked!!

Please comment and let me know if you can help in any way and if you can volunteer to be a street leader and get contact information for your street and find out what needs are imperative for the residents as this situation unfolds.
