Hello Everyone,

Our office will be reopening on Monday May 4th. We are working diligently to reschedule patients that we had to cancel due to the government mandate and Covid-19. We want to let all of our patients know that we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure the safety of both our staff and patients.

We did want to inform everyone of a few new safety precautions we have put into place prior to your scheduled appointment.

1. Patients will be asked several health questions over the phone prior to their appointment.

2. We will ask all patients to remain in their car upon arrival as one of our staff members will come out to get you for your appointment. We are only allowed one patient per provider in the building at a time.

3. We will be taking temperatures on every single patient. If you have a temperature of 100 or above we will be asking you to reschedule.

There are several other safety procedures we will be implementing in regards to patient care and treatment that will be addressed at the appointment.

Things may look a little different in regards to safety but just know we are the same caring staff eager to get back to serving our wonderful patients. We can't stress enough how important all of you are to us and we thank you for sticking with us during this trying time. We just ask for patience as we work to get everyone rescheduled.

Hello everyone,

Until further notice all routine cleaning appointments have been cancelled. Patients will be receiving a call about cancelling your appointment. As of now we do not know when we will be able to reschedule, but once we are able to, we will be working diligently to get everyone back in.

Dr. Hudak will still be seeing patients for dental emergencies. We will be open starting at 8am Monday,Tuesday,Thursday, and Friday. Our office phone number is 330-376-0097.

Our goal is to keep dental emergencies out of local hospitals and provide the best patient care we can at this time. We consider all of you family, your safety and wellness is our number one priority.

We will try and keep everyone up to date with any new information regarding our practice. Please take care and stay healthy!
