💥 LOW BACK ADJUSTMENTS 💥

A lot of people hear that “pop” during an adjustment and think it’s bones cracking — it’s not.
What you’re hearing is called joint cavitation, a normal release of gas within the joint.

When joints in the low back aren’t moving well, the body starts to compensate. Over time, that can lead to stiffness, tension, and discomfort.

By restoring proper motion to the lumbar spine, we can help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support better overall function.

“Why did you adjust more than the area that hurts?”

That’s a question I get pretty often in the office.

The body doesn’t work in isolated pieces. When one area loses motion, another area often has to compensate.

That’s why my approach isn’t just about adjusting the one spot that hurts. I’m looking for areas that aren’t moving the way they should and working to restore motion throughout the system.

When joints move better, the nervous system communicates better with the rest of the body. And when that happens, the body can function the way it was designed to.

At the end of the day, your body works best when it moves well.
