From pregnant moms to newborns, kids of all ages, athletes, and adults well into their 90s and beyond—care is always tailored to the individual in front of me.

With newborns, gentle chiropractic care focuses on supporting early nervous system development and helping the body adapt to life outside the womb. Parents often seek care for concerns such as feeding and latch comfort, sleep and settling patterns, digestive comfort, and early movement development.

Every adjustment is extremely gentle, specific, and based on the needs of the patient in that moment.

💥 LOW BACK ADJUSTMENTS 💥

A lot of people hear that “pop” during an adjustment and think it’s bones cracking — it’s not.
What you’re hearing is called joint cavitation, a normal release of gas within the joint.

When joints in the low back aren’t moving well, the body starts to compensate. Over time, that can lead to stiffness, tension, and discomfort.

By restoring proper motion to the lumbar spine, we can help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support better overall function.
