Nobody gives you a manual when you wake up spiritually.

One day something shifts. And suddenly you KNOW there’s more. You can feel it. But you have no idea how to actually work with it.
Do you meditate? How? For how long? What are you supposed to feel? What if you feel nothing? What if you feel too much?

Here’s what I want you to know:

There is no one right way to connect!
Your connection is specific to you. The way you receive. The way you hear. The way you feel. It looks different for everyone.
You don’t need to figure out the “right” practice.

You just need to learn your own language.❤️

Everything is new and overwhelming. The signs are everywhere. The feelings are intense. The experiences are real but you don’t have language for them yet. You’re equal parts excited and terrified. You don’t know what’s happening to you — you just know something has shifted and there’s no going back.

If that’s you — you’re not losing your mind. You’re not going too fast or diving too deep. What you’re experiencing is real. And this is a place where you can find your footing without losing yourself in the process.

You’ve done the work. Read the books. Tried the practices. Had the breakthroughs. But something still feels incomplete. You’re still circling. Still searching. Still feeling like you’re close to something you can’t quite grab.

I need the ladies to hear this:

some of you are not failing because you’re lazy, flaky, or not disciplined enough.

Some of you are trying to build businesses that literally do not fit your life.

Especially mothers.

The wrong business path will make you question your confidence, your consistency, and your ability.

Abandonment wounds surfacing can look like:⬇️⬇️

Apologizing to regulate other people’s emotions.

Appeasing to prevent leaving.

Shrinking to preserve attachment.

Taking blame to restore connection.

When you stop apologizing for things that aren’t yours, two things happen:
1. Weak bonds break.
2. Strong bonds deepen.

Remember, healthy relationships can survive your authenticity. Unhealthy ones require your self-betrayal!

If they don’t feel safe, they will self-sabotage every "big move" you try to make. You can have the best business strategy in the world, the greatest partner, but if your inner child is still stuck in survival mode, you’ll keep hitting a wall.

Healing isn't just about "looking back"—it’s about clearing the energetic clutter so you can lead from your Sovereign Self today.

"Why does she keep going back?" is the wrong question. The right question is: "Why does the system leave her with $0 and a victim identity?" When 46% of survivors return due to financial lack, "support" isn't enough. We need Economic Warfare strategies to ensure she never has to choose between a roof and a punch again. 👊💸
