Listen… when you’re on a healing and self-reclamation journey, you are not going to change overnight.

Yes, you can take radical responsibility.
Yes, you can feel an immediate shift.

But after that? You’ll purge.And when you do, it can feel like you’re going backwards… like nothing is working… like you’ve lost progress. YOU HAVENT.

What’s actually happening is parts of you are coming back up to be seen, processed, and released. That’s not failure, that’s integration.

Give yourself grace in those moments. Don’t rush the process. Don’t turn on yourself when it gets uncomfortable.

You’re not going backwards…you’re moving through.

You don't have to carry what was never yours.
Not the emotions you inherited.
Not the pain you were handed.
Not the roles you were forced to play just to survive.
Not the expectations that were never aligned with who you really are.
So many of us learn to survive by holding things that were never actually meant to belong to us. We normalize it. We call it strength. We call it "just life." But deep down, it feels heavy because it was never ours to begin with.
And the truth is... you don't need to keep proving your strength by suffering through it.
You have the power.
The power to pause.

The power to question what's yours and what isn't.
The power to put it down.
The power to choose yourself again.
And most importantly... the power to set yourself free.
Freedom doesn't always look loud. Sometimes it looks like a quiet decision in your own mind: "I'm done carrying this."
If you're in that moment right now, this is your reminder
- you are allowed to release it.
You are allowed to come back to yourselt.
You are allowed to be free.

Nobody gives you a manual when you wake up spiritually.

One day something shifts. And suddenly you KNOW there’s more. You can feel it. But you have no idea how to actually work with it.

There is no one right way to connect!
Your connection is specific to you. The way you receive. The way you hear. The way you feel. It looks different for everyone.
You don’t need to figure out the “right” practice.

You just need to learn your own language.❤️
