Some dogs hate their Holter vests and refuse to move while wearing them (we call that Holter paralysis). Don't be fooled by this picture, though. You catch eye contact with Fred and he collapses to the ground, belly up for all the ❤️ It doesn't matter if you are talking to him, getting his vitals, and even placing the Holter- one must give him ALL the belly rubs
