Jenny Lyn here....I am going to start thinking warmer weather will be here soon so we can get together and start on some motivational walks around town.
I had a few extra hours this morning to recharge since I have coverage at the shop, so I decided to make one of my favorite healthy cookies.
There were some bananas here and enough to mix up a nice batch of these banana peanut butter oatmeal cookies.
That's it, 3 ingredients is all it takes. I don't really measure anything and just mash up the bananas 1st and then add peanut butter. Lastly, I add oatmeal to get it to the right consistency to make a ball dropped onto a cookie sheet.
You can add honey too if you want to make it even more healtier... I should have and could have but I didn't 😊
After it is all mixed up, I put them on a cookie sheet, and baked at 375 for about 8 minutes.
Get out and enjoy them while they are warm or cool.
They are amazing, believe me...I have since got mine out and I have eaten quite a few of them already.
