We spent the day diving into meaningful leadership tasks, building teamwork, and strengthening the skills that help us grow together. The highlight of the day was zip lining—an exciting reminder that leadership takes courage, trust, and the willingness to take that leap, even when it feels a little outside your comfort zone.
