Neck & Shoulder Stretch: Gently tilt your head to each side, holding for 15 seconds.
Hydrate Well: Water keeps muscles flexible and flushes out tension-causing toxins.
Mini-Breaks: Set a timer to stand and stretch every hour—your back will thank you!
