❌ MASSAGE MYTH BUSTED: “You MUST Drink Water to Flush Out Toxins”
You’ve probably heard: "Drink water after your massage to flush out toxins!" While hydration is always important, the idea that massages release a flood of toxins isn’t quite accurate. Massage does help with circulation and lymphatic drainage, but your liver and kidneys handle detoxing. So, yes—drink water because it’s good for you, but no need to chug a gallon post-massage. 😉
💖 SELF-CARE TIP OF THE MONTH
Set a 5-minute “me-time” ritual daily—whether it’s stretching, deep breathing, or sipping tea in silence. Small moments add up to big relaxation!
