Self-Care Tip of the Month: Stretch & Hydrate for Better Posture
Long hours at a desk (or in the classroom) can leave you stiff and achy. Try this quick routine:

Neck & Shoulder Stretch: Gently tilt your head to each side, holding for 15 seconds.

Hydrate Well: Water keeps muscles flexible and flushes out tension-causing toxins.

Mini-Breaks: Set a timer to stand and stretch every hour—your back will thank you!

❌ Massage Myth Busted: "No Pain, No Gain!"
False! While deep pressure can be helpful, massage shouldn’t leave you sore for days. Discomfort is a sign to ease up—not push harder. I can always adjust pressure to your comfort level so you leave feeling relieved, not bruised.
