Therapeutic Yoga is a beginner friendly class focusing on mobility, flexibility, functional strength, stress relief, and balance. This class is perfect for anyone struggling with conditions involving the spine or other joints, chronic pain, injury, or recovering from surgery. Yoga props such as blankets, pillows, straps, and blocks will be used to make this practice completely accessible to all body types and levels of function. No prior experience necessary!!
