If you are unsure about what reiki is, let me give a little info! Reiki is a type of Japanese energy healing. It is done by using the hands (can be touching or not!) to guide universal life force energy into the body. This life force energy is in everything and when it is too low within us, we can feel tired and more prone to sickness. A reiki master has attuned themselves to this energy and can redirect it into the body to help replenish your energy!
