Take a deep cleansing breath in.
Exhale and Say to yourself. “I am okay in this moment.”
Take another deep breath in.
Exhale and Say to yourself. “What comes next in this second, in this moment, in this day. I don’t have to solve that problem right now.”
Take one more deep breath in.
Exhale and Say to yourself, “I’m going to be okay. Everything is going to be okay. Because I am strong and I am capable of doing tough things.”
