Attention current Olive Branch Clients. Starting in mid September, all Monday and Friday appointments will be telehealth. This is so I can see multiple clients at a time on Monday and Friday’s.
If you already have an appointment lined up with me on Monday or Friday in Septemberyou are set, but from mid September forward I will be doing all telehealth sessions on Monday’s and Friday’s. I hope you all know this is a step forward for me and my practice to see more clients and start seeing new patients. Please feel free to email me if you already have an appointment lined up on a Monday or Friday starting September 8th.

I know it hurts.. I know they have hurt you. I know their words and actions have hurt you. But please don’t let their behavior cause you to stop seeing the truth. YOU MATTER and YOUR feelings matter. The truth is, you are worth fighting for, you are worth loving, you are worth changing for, you are so incredibly important! Open your eyes and look up. Not behind you, not to the past, but ahead of you and see what the future holds.

If you imagine your problems in life as a really, really tall mountain and you feel as though you have so far to go and it seems like you may never reach the other side… just imagine the progress you are making as you walk the journey. You see growth, you see rain, you see rainbows and you see times of struggle. But what I can promise you is that if you keep walking and keep pushing forward.. you WILL make it to the other side of that mountain. There is so much light and growth and change waiting for you!

Never wait… confidence is key to so many things. However, you can’t wait for confidence to “find you.” Do things when you feel like you can’t, do things when you feel afraid, say yes to things you normally would say no to due to fear. That’s where confidence will find you!
