Life is a process. It is definitely not a race. It is a journey we are all on. And it is definitely a journey that we all have a lot more in common than we really know. With that said, go through the uncomfortable times, sit in the mess of life, and watch yourself grow and watch yourself change, watch yourself become a strong stronger version of the person you already are! It is not easy, but it is possible.

It’s OK to make mistakes. Especially if you’re learning from them and growing from them. Making the same mistake over and over again is where we fall short. Give yourself some grace and allow yourself to make mistakes and learn from them.

The holiday season is SO busy. Some people have lots to do… while others stay home and sit in the silence amongst all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday!
And guess what, BOTH are okay.
So many of us take stillness for granted. Take time for yourself and see how your body and entire nervous system responds.

You cannot pour from an empty cup and expect to “feel” full, you cannot pour from a chipped or broken cup and expect to “feel” whole, you cannot pour from a cup that has a hole in it that has been patched up so many times that the patch no longer works and expect to “feel” fully filled. When you are empty it’s time to stat filling your own cup with things and people that TRULY care about you and bring your inner peace and joy.
