IMPORTANT FDA ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️

If you’re taking natural dedicated thyroid medication, such as NP thyroid or Armour thyroid, the FDA has just announced they will be removing those from the market.

All of this is coming from the medical societies and I’m suspicious that it is most likely about reclassifying these drugs as biologics to make money off the consumer. They want to force everyone to go back on synthetic thyroid medication instead of the natural medication that actually works. It’s disgusting!

Stay tuned for updates. I have a lot of inquiries that went out today about this. There will be pushback on a grand scale and we will need everyone’s help to make sure this gets retracted or handled differently.

This is NOT a come join us post. Guess I just wanted to get some s**t off my chest.

This is a recognition of what our team has accomplished and what we continue to do. We don't do it for us. Truly, we don't because if we did, we'd have closed the doors years ago. For so many people, we have been the catalyst for profound positive change in their lives, and by extension, the lives of their families. I don't mean weight loss and jumping around getting sweaty. That's just all BS. I mean deeper change. Real deep.

I mean overcoming life-long eating disorders, paralyzing fear & anxiety, alcoholism & drug addiction. Transforming marriages. Accepting Christ. Overcoming years of chronic pain. Killing depression. Embracing genuine transformation. All because as owners and providers, we are as fu**ed up as the worst of you. Somehow, we made our way up and out and provide that ministry to our members when asked. Sometimes, when they don't ask but need to hear it.

God continues to nudge us w/ a call, a passing comment, a text from a patient or client about the impact they've experienced. Whether it's training, our massage practice, medical practice, or mental health counseling, we will progress this mission of helping people. It's not easy, it's our calling. At least for today it is until God calls us toward our next ministry. Thank you to all who have allowed us to be a part of your lives because you have fed us as much as we've fed you.

That's all this is. An acknowledgement of gratitude for your continued hard work. Let's keep kicking ass!

Sirolimus (Rapamycin) is something I started taking about 4 years ago. I take it to prevent certain types of cancer, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, early dementia and others. I used this photo I stole from author Gary Taubes because it perfectly describes what I tell people who ask why I take it.

“Don’t expect to see results for decades.”

This is an investment in my future self. It’s rather costly but I don’t care. Just like my testosterone therapy, my supplements, strength training, and my daily conversations with God and his word in scripture. I recognize that what I do now will impact my ability to live a life chiefly free of illness 20-30 yrs from now. I know dementia. I know Alzheimer’s. I know cancer. I can prevent all of it for myself.
