Some of you have asked... so here it is.

I recently completed this 12 week program Redefining Menopause and it has been life changing. Having the support and guidance from Raymi along with the knowledge and information about how to handle all the perimenopause changes was priceless. I am forever grateful for the coaching and I feel back to myself again. It wasn't always easy, but always worth it. I will continue to do all the things... and give myself grace when I fall. But I know I have Raymi to call if I need some encouragement or have further questions.
