These are the ways I’m offering crystals, healing, and mentorship this year—intentionally, spaciously, and with care 🤍

✨ Sunrise Reiki sessions open for booking at the beginning of each month and typically fill very quickly.

✨ 1:1 sessions are limited to about 5-6 per month.

✨ Reiki certification courses are offered just 5–6 times per year.

I’ve been sitting with this question for a while.

“If 2026 were about sustainability instead of expansion, what would it look like?”

As someone who holds many roles—business owner, wife, homeschooling mother of 2, and caregiver to my non-verbal autistic son—I’m learning that sustainability is a form of devotion. It’s choosing rhythms that allow me to stay present, regulated, and well… not just productive.

My life includes meaningful work and real responsibilities. Because of that, I move intentionally. I don’t build from urgency or endless availability. I choose aligned offerings, aligned clients, and conscious pacing—work that honors mutual respect, clear boundaries, and the life I’m actually living.

I’m letting go of urgency and listening more closely to my intuition.

Less force. More flow.

This is the season I’m in. And I’m honoring it.

If you’re here for grounded growth, depth over volume, and honoring real life alongside meaningful work—mahalo for being here.

I hope more women and entrepreneurs feel permission to honor the season they’re in, without apology.

So grateful we found .brendancollinsbride.dc 👍🏼

Finding a chiropractor who truly understands and supports our entire family—especially our kids—has meant more to us than we can put into words.

Both Reef and Tehya feel safe and relaxed during their visits. Since starting care, Reef (autistic and non-verbal) has had some really meaningful shifts: longer and deeper sleep, better nervous system regulation, and noticeably more flexibility in his very tight ankles.

What we appreciate most is the way Dr. Brendan practices—patient, gentle, and deeply respectful. Nothing ever feels rushed or forceful. His care is clearly trauma-informed, nervous-system focused, and truly meets each person exactly where they are.

If you’re looking for chiropractic care that honors the body, the nervous system, and works beautifully with children (including neurodivergent kids), we couldn’t recommend him more. 🙏🏽
