Super proud of Tehya. She got her second stripe in Jiu Jitsu class yesterday. (Second mini promotion).

She truly gets up every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings eager to go to practice and get better and see her teammates and coaches. She has never once told me she doesn’t want to go to practice. She really loves it! I have seen an improvement in her confidence, skill level, leadership skills, and social skills. Jiu Jitsu is a great foundation for any other sports she wants to play in the future. It’s also skills she can use for life!
