I look at the irises, the colored portion of your eyes, and interpret the markings. I map both the left iris and the right iris, to determine weaknesses and strengths of the body. The markings determine the strategy you choose for your healing. A thorough one on one discussion with you, the client, creates a clear picture of how to help on health issues, understand genetic heritage, and understand underlying causes of symptoms to regain control of one's body. Food, herbs, supplements and lifestyle changes are used or implemented to achieve wellness. Education is a key component in understanding how to achieve wellness. Help with migraines, acid reflux, diabetes, insulin resistance, sleep, chronic fatigue & more. The Bowen technique is an alternative type of bodywork I have been doing for a couple of years and will be certified for in early 2015. The rain's gentle patter didn't disturb my slumber. Had it done so, earplugs and eye shades were available for each bed. I settled into the loveliest white sheets. Beautiful, clean white sheets and a beautifully made bed are unparalleled. I enjoyed a good night's sleep, which we know is crucial for healing and good health. 🎵
