Meet Our Team: Dylan (Group Exercise Instructor)

An Alameda native, fitness & exercise has always been a passion for Dylan. It all started at a young age while competing with the local soccer and track teams. Running is Dylan’s favorite form of exercise. He enjoys encouraging others to exercise and likes to learn the goals of those that he teaches. Seeing people smile during and after exercise is the reason he enjoys his profession.

We are so excited to have you on our team, Dylan!

AES Therapy & Fitness

AES Provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to seniors, as well as Exercise Rehabilitation, Group Exercise Classes, and Fitness Testing. All staff members are specialized in geriatrics and the unique challenges the body faces during the aging process. Our goal is to keep our patients independent and able to do the activities they enjoy as pain-free as possible, as well as prevent falls and recuperate from injury, illness, or major surgery.

The idea for AES Therapy & Fitness came from observing AEC Living’s diverse senior population. Using these observations as a base, our therapists and fitness team offer a broad spectrum of services to both the resident population of AEC Living and seniors in the surrounding communities.

Seniors participating in the fitness program at AES Therapy & Fitness are assisted by trained specialists to maintain a high degree of fitness and health. If circumstances require rehabilitation due to an accident or sudden change in health, seniors can be treated by our team of therapists and health professionals who are already familiar with their needs.
