This month begins my 35th year in practice. I truly can’t believe it has been this long. When I contemplate what makes me get up each morning to go to work I believe it is because of the impactful influence chiropractic care can make in peoples lives. If you have never been to a chiropractor before you owe it to yourself to explore how this treatment may have an impact in your life. I have written a poem that expresses my feeling throughout these 3 plus decades of dedicated work.
For over 35 years, I've walked this path with pride,
A chiropractor's journey, where hearts and spines collide.
Each day I rise with purpose, a passion burning bright,
To heal, to help, to guide, to make things right.
I've seen the pain and struggles that life can often bear,
But through my caring hands, I've shown that I'm aware.
It's not just about the aches, the woes, the strife,
It's about restoring life's rich tapestry, the essence of life.
From dawn to dusk, I've labored with compassion deep,
To let them chase their dreams, awake from troubled sleep.
I've witnessed transformation, as pain begins to wane,
And in its place, a chance to live, to laugh, to love again.
The daily grind, the bills we pay to survive,
I've helped them stand tall, their hopes and dreams revive.
But beyond the work, the chores, and the strife,
I've seen them embrace life's joys with a newfound life.
Traveling to new horizons, exploring lands unknown,
Working out with vigor, strength in every bone.
Spending time with loved ones, the bonds that never cease,
Cherishing passions, finding inner peace.
In this rewarding journey, I've found my truest friends,
A connection that's profound, on which my heart depends.
Just like my parents did, in healthcare's gentle art,
I've touched their lives, I've played my part.
So here's to the years, the decades I've given,
To help people thrive, to make their pain driven.
A chiropractor's life, a legacy to share,
In healing and connection, I find my purpose rare.
