This Saturday April 11th 🪷 Pain changes how we move, breathe, and feel in our bodies. But constant tension isn't inevitable. Offered second Saturdays, this 2-hour monthly workshop creates space to gently unravel chronic tightness and reconnect with ease through myofascial release techniques, long holds, and supported rest. We'll work layer by layer to create space and safety, spotlighting different regions like hips, shoulders, and spine. This isn't about pushing through discomfort but listening, softening, and remembering your body's capability for change. Everyone deserves to move, breathe, and live with less pain.
