If your membership was scheduled to reactivate, rest assured that you will not be charged. Your account will go back on freeze. Start your stopwatch! You’ll complete the “row” just once - then do 2 rounds of the bodyweight exercises and then complete the “run” just once to finish.
Buy In: Sumo Squat to Upright Row - 50 reps
Chair Hop Overs - 40 total reps
Squat - 20 reps
Step- ups - 20 reps each leg
Push Ups - 20 reps
Forearm Plank Jacks - 20 reps
Burpees (no push up) - 10 reps
Buy Out: High Knees 50 total (both knees up for 1 rep)

Valued Orangetheory Fitness Members,
The Government has announced that Fitness Clubs would be able to re-open starting on July 1st. Since that time, we have been working feverishly to understand the guidelines around the reopening of our studios. We are currently preparing and training to ensure we can meet both the governments and your expectations.
Once a reopening date is determined, we will send you an email communication one week in advance to notify you of the reopening procedure for your studio. In the interim, all memberships and billing cycles will continue to remain frozen. Upon reopening, any unused sessions will be available to use during the remaining days in your billing cycle. Your current billing cycle will be adjusted to make up for the duration of the studio closure, after which your membership will resume on a month to month basis, unless you choose to remain on freeze.
While we have been closed, we have been working diligently to formulate new and enhanced safety and cleaning policies. Swipe to see some of what you can expect when you return.
