Shake off the winter hibernation and step into the light. Join us for a 90-minute “Zen” session designed to ground your feet, find your rhythm, and plant the seeds for a vibrant season ahead.

THE MORNING FLOW:
🧘 BREATHE: An energizing Sun Salutation yoga flow to wake up the body. Followed by a gardening yoga, poses to ease your planting, pruning and more.
🌱 BLOOM: Mindful gardening & intention-setting ritual (get your hands in the dirt!).
