Hey y’all, I’m Kindra - the heart behind Dandelion Birth & Beyond 🤍

I’m an army wife, army brat and mama to three of my own little dandelions - I’ve been around the block a time or two with military life! I know how much steady support means when everything around you keeps changing.

I’ve spent over 20 years walking alongside families - first as a nanny and now as a birth doula (45 in person births, and counting!) certified lactation counselor and placenta encapsulation specialist - that’s over 100 powerful and unique stories I’ve had the privilege of supporting!

When I’m not with mamas, you’ll probably find me tucked into a cozy local coffee shop with a latte in hand or out hiking with my family. I claim Florida as home, but my heart has roots all over. ☀️

A Doula doesn’t replace your partner or your provider - we show up to help you feel steady informed and supported no matter what your birth looks like.

I’ve supported 45 births in person and each one has reminded me how transformative it is to have a calm experienced Doula in your corner.

Beyond the research, it’s about being seen heard and held, having someone who knows the journey and will walk it with you. Each family deserves a birth story filled with confidence, calm, and connection.
